Technical Deep-Dive
The whole design is about packing a lot of heat into a small space. We run the unit at 400V, which pushes power through the filament efficiently. That gives you 2500W of output packed into a 300mm tube. The result? A tight, concentrated blast of infrared right where you need it—at the cold end of the coating line. Material & Design
Inside, you’ve got a shortwave halogen element living in a quartz tube. It’s built to fire up instantly and hold a steady output. The quartz envelope lets the infrared pass through cleanly and handles the thermal shock, so it can cycle on and off without cracking. The tube also has an anti-reflective coating. That boosts infrared transmission and cuts down on surface losses. It keeps the light spectrum stable, which is key for protecting the coating color. And the R7s connector makes installation a snap—just drop it into a standard fixture. You can wire it up and get back online quickly, with minimal downtime.
